WebView integrations have been deprecated

On November 29th, 2023, the Mercado Pago integration model using WebView, which includes attempting a login from an embedded browser, has been deprecated.

This means that you won't be able to create new WebView integrations. In general terms, integrations prior to the discontinuation date should not be affected, however, you need to migrate to the use of Custom Tab, as we will soon disable the use of WebViews for all accounts. Some integrations may be affected if transactions are conducted below the authorized limit by Mercado Pago.

We invite our developers to replace their WebView integrations with similar methods, such as Chrome Custom Tabs (Android) and Safari View Controller (iOS).
