\# Yape With the \[Checkout API\](https://www.mercadopago.com.pe/developers/en/docs/checkout-api-orders/overview), offer payments with \*\*Yape\*\* directly in your store. Yape is a digital wallet that allows fast bank transfers from your phone, after linking your MultiRed debit card to the app. To integrate the payment method, follow the steps below. 1\. In the PrestaShop panel, go to \*\*Modules > Module Manager\*\*. Find the Mercado Pago module in the \*\*Payment\*\* section and click \*\*Configure\*\*. 2\. On the configuration screen, verify that in the \*\*Location\*\* section the selected country is \*\*Peru\*\*. If not, select it and click \*\*Save\*\*. 3\. Scroll down to the payment methods section and click on the \*\*YAPE\*\* tab. 4\. In the \*\*Enable Yape\*\* field, click the \*toggle\* to enable the payment method. 5\. In the \*\*Discount (%)\*\* field, enter a value between 0 and 99 to offer a discount on payments made with Yape. The default value is 0\. 6\. Click \*\*Save\*\*. Ready! Yape payment via Checkout API has been set up and is ready to receive payments in your store.
